ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest non-governmental standardization organization, responsible for standardization activities in most areas of the world. ISO 9001 quality management system architecture covers the whole process of product or service delivery: procurement of raw materials and components, contract review, quality control, product inspection, design, development, shipment, delivery, staff training and customer service and support. Its purpose is to establish the overall quality standard of business process.
ISO 9001 quality management compliance statement
Since its establishment, MCDTEK has adhered to the core values of unity, pragmatism, innovation and sharing, and has always adhered to respecting personal thoughts, shouldering social responsibilities, creating industry brands, and providing customers with electronic products with high quality, low price and pleasant experience. ISO 9001 certification means that the outstanding quality of customer service and high quality assurance for all products including data storage products are recognized worldwide.
MCDTEK has passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification in 2019, and passed the regular audit of the third-party quality system evaluation organization, which has strengthened the company’s operation management and product quality control. Benefit from ISO 9001 certification, MCDTEK continuously improves its products and services, and continuously improves customer satisfaction.
With the embedded storage, solid-state hard drive, memory module, and mobile storage series memory chips independently developed by MCDTEK, our products have consistently complied with relevant and applicable laws and regulations and other requirements applicable to the organization, and complied with the following standards:
1.EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS)
•Restrictions on the use of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (2011 / 65 / EU)
-All products of SCY comply with EU ROHS directive
-The exception applies to specific maximum concentration levels in homogeneous materials

2.China Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS)Ⅱ
Administrative measures for limiting the use of hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products (effective from July 1, 2016)
• SCY electronic equipment will follow the following standards:
– GB/T 26572-2011。The standard puts forward requirements for the concentration limits of some restricted substances in electronic and electrical products.
– SJ/T 11364-2014。This standard identifies the hazardous substances that are restricted to be used in electronic and electrical products.
– SJ/Z 11388-2009。The standard is a general rule for the environmental protection service life of electronic information products

MCDTEK’s electronic equipment and products comply with EU Chemical Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction (REACH) Regulation 1907/2006 (Regulation [EC] No. 1907/2006), which is specifically reflected in Article 33 of the Regulations and its obligations:
•If the articles provided by the supplier on the authorized candidate list contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) with a solubility of more than 0.1% (w/w), the supplier must provide the person receiving the article with the relevant safety information (Article 33 [1]).
•If an item on the candidate list contains a substance that does not require specific information to ensure safe use, at least the name of the article should be given to the recipient.
•Once the substance is on the list of authorized candidates, the information will be automatically provided to the recipient. Please note that the term “Recipient” refers to industrial or professional users and distributors, not consumers.
•At the request of the consumer, the supplier of the same item must also provide the consumer with the relevant safety information about substances of very high concern (SVHC) obtained by itself (Article 33 [2]). The supplier must provide this information to the consumer free of charge within 45 calendar days after receiving the request.
SCY attaches great importance to the environmental protection of products, respects Greenpeace’s emphasis on halogen-free substances, restricts hazardous substances containing Br and Cl, and all products comply with the IEC halogen-free definition.
Halogen-free specifications and standards [IEC 61249-2-21]
• CI(氯)≤ 900 ppm
• Br(溴)≤ 900 ppm
• CI+Br ≤ 1,500 ppm
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) applies to companies that manufacture, sell and distribute electrical and electronic equipment in the European Union. The directive covers various large and small household appliances, IT equipment, radio and audio equipment, electronic tools, telecommunications equipment, electronic toys, etc.
The purpose of this directive is to reduce the waste generated by electrical and electronic equipment and improve the environmental impact of everything involved in the life cycle of electrical and electronic equipment. The specific requirements are as follows:
•Manufacturers (manufacturers or importers) of electrical and electronic equipment need to be registered in their country / region.
•Individual families can return their waste electrical and electronic equipment back to collection institutions free of charge, and manufacturers will be responsible for funding these institutions.
•Manufacturers need to achieve a series of stringent recycling and reuse goals.
•The manufacturer needs to mark the product with a wheel bin with cross fork.
•This sign indicates that the equipment with this mark should not be discarded together with general waste, but should be discarded separately and properly treated according to local regulations.
•MCDTEK is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our products and meeting the WEEE Directive.
“CE” mark is a kind of safety certification mark. In the EU market, “CE” mark is a compulsory certification mark. Whether it is a product produced by an EU enterprise or a product produced in another country, if it wants to circulate freely on the EU market, it must be affixed with the “CE” mark to indicate that the product complies with the basic requirements of the EU’s “New Methods of Technical Coordination and Standardization” directive. This is a mandatory requirement of EU law on products.
•All products of SCY comply with the “CE” directive(EN 55032:20145 EN 55035:2017)
